It’s October. Almost time for the annual Black Friday tradition, where companies prove how large their regular margins are by giving deep discounts to all their customers.
Since the margin on my SQLServerFast Execution Plan Video Training is 100% (if we conveniently fail to count the hundreds of hours of labour I put in), I can also jump this bandwagon. I have done so in previous years, and by now I guess my regulars almost expect me to. So, let’s not disappoint people. Like previous years, during the entire month of November 2025, all video purchases are discounted by a mind-blowing 50%.

Is it worth my money (and time)?
Of course, even at this price, you still need to justify the purchase. And the time commitment – with over 20 hours of content, actually watching all the videos might be harder to justify than the money spend.
To give you a good idea what to expect, the basic level of block 1 is available for free. This should give you an impression of what to expect in the rest of the course. In addition, you can find short trailers for every level and block that is currently available. They include a short description of the content, while showing short clips that are taken from the videos. Just go to this YouTube playlist to watch these trailers.
The fine print
Unfortunately, Vimeo still does not allow me to schedule price changes. I will have to change the prices manually, which I will do at the start and end of November. But it is unlikely to be at exactly midnight, because I am a human, with many obligations and distraction in my life. Make sure to check the price before paying!
You can buy access to individual videos, or to a whole block / level at once. For individual videos, the normal price is discounted from $24.95 to $12.45 (or from $34.95 to $17.45 for extra long videos). With the additional 10% or 20% discount code, these are reduced even more, to $11.21/$9.96 (or $15.71/$13.96 for the very long videos).
However, it is much cheaper to buy the videos by the block / level. The overview below shows the regular and discounted prices for each block / level that is currently available, with a link to a page where you can buy access, or views videos you already purchased access to.
